How our tiers are structured: The Shell delivers a precision-engineered structural frame with all membranes factory-applied. The Semi-Finished tier completes the full exterior — triple-glazed windows, doors, facade cladding, standing-seam metal roof, and all flashings factory-installed — plus insulation, MEP rough-in, internal linings or finishes as designed, and wet-area waterproofing. The Turn-Key / Move-in Ready tier finishes the interior to a fully liveable standard. Every tier includes full architectural and structural engineering drawings stamped by a licensed engineer.

The Verdella standard

Code is the floor. We build the ceiling.

Building codes set a minimum. Most builders meet it. We publish what we ship instead — a baseline that clears code, beats the common spec, and stays the same on every project. See it across twelve categories below.
